"Miss Tracy Kipe is one of the best teachers my 4th grade daughter has ever had. And, it's only her first year of teaching! She has moved my daughter through 5 reading levels in only one marking period. She has instilled a new found enthusiam for learning in my daughter. Most of all she cares. The only phone call I have ever recieved from one of my daughter's teachers has been from Miss Kipe. This phone call was to celebrate an accomplishment. How many parents recieve phone calls from teachers to talk about what a child does wrong? Not from this teacher, she celebrates the success of her students. We love you Miss Kipe.
