• WIKZ will announce what prize is being given away before hand. Value of prizes and number of winners may vary.
• WIKZ will ask for a designated number caller or a random caller. If for an reason a caller is disconnected, the next available caller will win.
• WIKZ contests are open to person ages 18 or older, unless otherwise specified.
• No purchase is necessary.
• When someone calls the WIKZ contest line for any reason, they automatically grant WIKZ permission to playback their voice on the air or air it live.
• One winner per household per 30 days! If a caller wins more than once in 30 days, they will at WIKZ decision, become automatically disqualified and forfeit their prize. The prize then becomes property of WIKZ.
• Winners have 30 days for the date won to pick up their prize. If date falls on a weekend, Monday will be the date the prize will be considered forfeited. If the prize is a pair of concert / event tickets and the tickets have not arrived, the listener will have 30 days from the time they are called letting them know the tickets are in to be picked up. In some cases, time is of the essence, and prizes need to picked up prior to 30 days.
• Employees of Main Line Broadcasting and participating sponsors, their families and people residing in their household during the time of a contest for ANY length of time ARE NOT eligible.
• All prizes must be picked up at the main office, 25 Penncraft Avenue, Chambersburg, Pa, the 4th floor of the Professional Arts Building. Prizes are to be picked up Monday - Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, unless otherwise noted. Special arrangements can be made for prize pick up with prior authorization. IE: mailing or having someone assigned to pick up your prize. If items are mailed Main Line Broadcasting - WIKZ MIX 95.1 will not be responsible for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in the mail, and will not be replaced by radio stations. Prize will be considered a loss.
• All other winners must show ID to claim their prize during business hours at the WIKZ business office. This could include driver's license, photo id, social security number, bill showing name, address and phone number on it.
• Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Upon acceptance of a prize, the listener releases WIKZ of all responsibility of injury.
• WIKZ has the right to substitute any prizes with a suitable replacement at any time.
• A copy of WIKZ contest rules may be obtained Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the WIKZ business office or long on to www.mix95.com for a copy of the rules.
• All decisions of WIKZ are final.
• Winner must provide phone number he/she is calling from for verification purposes. Prizes will be forfeited if information is not correct. No notification is necessary by WIKZ, winner will be informed when claiming the prize.
• Contestants may not put prize in someone else's name. Prize is non – transferable. In the event any fraudulent information, winner will forfeit prize. Fraudulent winners could be prosecuted by law and can be banned from winning for an indefinite period of time.
