"I work with a very special teacher, Mrs. Rebecca Bland and would
like to nominate her as MIX 95.1's "Teacher of the Week". Mrs. Bland teaches
5th grade teacher at Salem Avenue Elementary School in Hagerstown. She
not only educates her students on subjects such as Math, Reading, etc.
but teaches them about fairness and how to be good citizens. She is an
excellent teacher and role model, which is very important in a young person's
life. Mrs.
Bland helps every child in her class achieve by taking time with
them and teaching to the student's individual needs."
