"I would like for you to pick my teacher Mrs. Doyle for the teacher of the week. On Oct 5 I had a ATV accident and broke my humerus bone they put pins in my shoulder so I was not able to return to school until Nov 5 when my pins will be out. Since I have been out of school Mrs. Doyle has went over and beyond what a teacher should do, she called my house to check on me a couple of times and most recently I was hospitalized again for a staph infection and she called the hospital to check on me and sent me flowers. I'm really thankful I have a teacher that cared that much about me to continuous call and check on me while I have been recovering. I realize she has a lot of students and did not have to do that for me but she did it anyway. I would like to try and do whatever I can do to let her know how much that meant to me. To me she is a teacher that should be honored for not only being a teacher but someone who cares about each and everyone of her students. Thank you for your time with this and I sure hope you find it in your heart to pick Mrs. Doyle, she is a GREAT teacher/person!!"
