"Greetings from Hancock Maryland. This is Shannon and Emmaleigh McKinley. In 1984 my life was influenced by a wonderful teacher and now 24 years later my daughter is fortunate to have the same great teacher. My daughter and I would like to nominate Mrs. Teresa Hess for the Mix 95.1 Teacher of the Week. Teresa unigue way of teaching makes the day interesting and leaves a student wanting more. Mrs. hess is such an asset to our school and the community of Hancock. Mrs. Hess has been involved with the school, Girl Scouts, church and helping to make the girls soccer program at Hancock High School a reality. Mrs. Hess many accomplishments can often be measured by the succes of the many students lives she has touched during her teaching career. In the words of my daughter Emmaleigh "Mrs. Hess rocks!!!" Let's give this wonderful lady the recognition she deserves!!!"
