I would like to nominate Mrs. Annie Anders, 3rd grade Magnet teacher at Boonsboro Elementary School. This position became vacant last year and how lucky for us that Mrs. Anders applied for the position! A new year always brings anxiety and concerns but couple that with a new teacher and you have a parent that spends the summer contemplating her decision to place her daughter into a classroom already labeled with high expectations. Her ability to arrange the cirriculum to encompass the core of the Manget program has not only validated my decision to be in this program but has escaladed my hopes for the future with this school as a whole. The students are engaged, happy and learning in such a caring environment that it is sad to see it come to an end. What an amazing year this has been. As it draws to a close, I can only be thankful, that we have been blessed to have had this experience with her.
