Establishment of Training Programs designed to enable station personnel to acquire skills that could qualify them for higher-level positions

2014-2015: Ongoing –training promoting Brandy Benedict to Traffic Director-Teaching traffic entry into Visual Traffic System, teaching log maintenance and sending. Combining logs. Training provided by Deana Platter and Rick Alexander started Nov. 2014 and continues up to 3/31/15 and beyond.

Sponsorship of at least two events in the community designed to inform and educate members of the public as to employment opportunities in broadcasting.
